  • (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock

  • (A)Soy sauce
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Sugar
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Ginger
    4 sheets
  • Pea sprouts
    30 g

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the roots of the pea sprouts and cut them into 1-inch wide pieces.
  2. 1. Add enough water to cover the eggs in a pot and bring to a boil, add the eggs and boil over medium heat for about 5 minutes while rolling them with chopsticks.
  3. 2. Place the eggs in cold water, smash the eggs to each other and crack them, then cool under running water.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of boiled egg to your liking. In the video, it is boiled for 5 minutes after the water boils, but if you want to cook it completely, boil it for about 8 minutes after the water boils. If you making it with a food container, make sure that the plastic wrap is tightly attached to the surface of the liquid so that the eggs are immersed in the marinade. Please eat it as soon as possible.
