  • Sliced Japanese chili peppers (Takanotsume)

  • (A)Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Salt
    1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Black pepper
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Cut cabbage into bite-size pieces.
  2. 2. Cut garlic in half, remove the core and mince.
  3. 3. Cut sausage diagonally into 0.2-inch wide pieces.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add Step 2, sliced Japanese chili peppers (takanotsume); when it starts to smell, add Step 1 and 3, and fry until the sausage is cooked through.
  5. 5. Add stir-fry noodles (yakisoba) and water, stir-fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes while loosening, then add an ingredient (A) and remove from the heat when the flavors are absorbed.
  6. 6. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with black pepper, and it is ready.

Tips for cooking

Adjust the amount of salt to your liking. If you don't like spicy food, adjust the amount of sliced Japanese chili peppers (takanotsume). We used olive oil this time, but you can make it instead of cooking oil.
