How to make

  1. 1. Cut Japanese leeks into 0.4-inch wide slices.
  2. 2. Add water, canned mackerel in brine and Step 1 in a pot, heat over medium heat, and boil for about 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add (A) over medium heat, and when the miso has dissolved, remove from heat.
  4. 4. Serve in a bowl and it's ready to eat.
