How to make

  1. 1. Cut the sandwich bread into 9 equal pieces.
  2. 2. Put the egg mixture ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  3. 3. Transfer to a tray, soak Step 1 and leave for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Melt salted butter in a pan heated over medium heat, then add Step 3 and cook.
  5. 5. When both sides have browned, remove from heat. Serve to a plate, sprinkle with honey and powdered cheese, top with mint and it is ready.
