  • Ground beef and pork mix
    100 g
  • Cabbage
    150 g
  • (A)Oyster sauce
    1.5 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese Mayonnaise
    1.5 tbsp
  • Salad oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Add cooking oil to a medium heated pan, add Step 1, and stir fry until softened.
  3. 3. Add mix of ground beef and pork and stir-fry until it changes color, then add (A) and stir-fry to blend flavors.
  4. 4. Add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and cooking sake, loosen the noodles and stir to tangle the flavors, then remove from heat.
  5. 5. Arrange on a plate and it's ready to serve.
