Tips for cooking

If you shred cabbage, it'll be easier to cook and eat with the noodles. You can use one egg and cook it thinly as well. Sauce can substitute with Japanese Worcestershire sauce, okonomiyaki sauce, or yakisoba powder sauce other than thickened Japanese Worcestershire sauce. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please heat the egg thoroughly and avoid eating it raw.
