How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the stems of maitake mushrooms and break them up.
  2. 2. Cut salmon into bite-size pieces and coat them evenly and thinly with cake flour (pastry flour).
  3. 3. Put salted butter in a pan heated over medium heat, and when it melts, cook Step 2.
  4. 4. When both sides of the salmon are cooked, add Step 1 and fry over medium heat.
  5. 5. When Step 4 is cooked through, add the seasonings and remove from heat when the flavors have blended.

Tips for cooking
