  • (A)Sake
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tbsp
  • Salad oil
    1 tbsp
  • Ponzu sauce
    2 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Slice cabbage into strips.
  2. 2. Cut pork belly into 1-inch pieces. Add it to a bowl, add grated garlic, and mix.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over high heat, add cooking oil, and stir-fry Step 1. When it starts to soften, move it to the edge of the skillet.
