  • Avocado

  • Green shiso leaves
    2 sheets
  • (A)Grated ginger
    10 g
  • (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    4 tbsp
  • (A)Black pepper
    1/4 tsp
  • Nori seaweed
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Wash vegetables well.
  2. 1. Peel an avocado and cut it into 0.4-inch pieces.
  3. 2. Mince green shiso leaves.
  4. 3. Cut salmon into 0.4-inch thick strips.
  5. 4. Add Step 2 and ingredient (A) into a tray and mix well. Add Step 1 and 3, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. 5. Place rice on a plate, top with Step 4, sprinkle with shredded seaweed, and it's ready.

The longer you marinate, the stronger the flavor, so adjust the marinating time to your liking. Adjust the saltiness and spiciness to your liking.
