Easy No-Wrapping Omelet Rice - Recipe Video

A simple and easy to understand recipe video shows how to make Easy No-Wrapping Omelet Rice.
This is a very easy omelet rice recipe where you don't have to wrap the rice with eggs. For the eggs we simply stir it in big circles as we heat them for a fluffy finish, then just place them on top of the ketchup chicken fried rice. Since all you need to do is to place them on top, there is no need for difficult tips for a clean finish.

Ingredients

  • Thin-sliced half sized bacon
    30 g
  • Onion
    1/4
  • Mixed vegetables
    40 g
  • (A)Ketchup
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Salt and pepper mix
    2 three finger pinches
  • Salad oil
    1 tsp
  • Eggs
    2
  • (B)Whipping cream (Heavy cream)
    1 tbsp
  • (B)Salt and pepper mix
    a pinch
  • Salted butter
    10 g
  • Ketchup
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Defrost the mixed vegetables.
  2. 1. Mince the onions. Cut the thin-sliced half bacon into 0.4-inch squares.
  3. 2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add ingredient (B) and mix together.
  4. 3. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, add the ingredients from Step 1 and mixed vegetables, and stir-fry them together.
  5. 4. Once the onions have wilted, add the rice and stir-fry as you loosen the rice over medium heat.
  6. 5. When the rice becomes non-sticky, add ingredient (A), stir-fry over medium heat, and take it out.
  7. 6. Wipe off the excess oil from pan with a paper towel, add salted butter and melt it over medium heat. Pour in the mixture from Step 2, and heat while stirring in a big circle. When the eggs are half-cooked, remove from the heat.
  8. 7. Place the rice from Step 5 on a plate and place the egg from Step 6 on top. Put some ketchup over it and it's done!

Tips for cooking

You can adjust the amount of salt to your liking. You can substitute the thin-sliced half-size bacon and mixed vegetables with other vegetables and meat of your choice. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please make sure to heat the eggs well before eating.
