Ingredients
2 onigiris

  • Japanese leek
    15 g
  • Chili Oil(La-yu)
    as needed
  • Sliced cheese
    2 sheets
  • Rice
    200 g
  • White sesame seeds
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cook the rice.
  2. 1. Cut the sliced cheese into 0.2-inch cubes.
  3. 2. Mince Japanese leek.
  4. 3. Put the rice, white sesame, sliced cheese and Japanese green onion into a bowl and mix. Add 3 to 4 drops of chili oil and mix well.
  5. 4. Divide the food from Step 3 into 2 equal parts, place on a plastic wrap, and grip it into shape.
  6. 5. Serve on a plate and it's done!
