  • (A)Black pepper
    a pinch
  • Dill weed
    1
  • Pink pepper
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Slice the sweet onion thinly, soak in water for 5 minutes, and drain in a strainer.
  2. 2. Tear the leaves off the dill weed.
  3. 3. Thinly slice the salmon.
  4. 4. Add ingredient (A) to a large bowl and mix well. Add Step 1 and mix everything together, then leave for 10 minutes.
