  • Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)

  • Coriander
    50 g
  • Pork belly
    80 g
  • Bean sprouts
    50 g
  • (A)Nam pla fish sauce
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Lemon juice
    1 tsp
  • (A)Salt
    1 three finger pinch
  • (A)Black pepper
    1 three finger pinch
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the base of the coriander, cut it into 1-inch wide pieces, and leave 1/3 of the leaf side for decoration.
  2. 2. Cut pork belly into 1-inch wide pieces.
  3. 3. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add the pork belly from Step 2 and stir-fry until the color of the meat changes, then add bean sprouts and stir-fry.
  4. 4. While the heat is still on medium, add the yakisoba noodles and ingredient (A) and loosen.
  5. 5. Add the coriander from Step 1 and stir-fry quickly over medium heat, then remove from the heat.
  6. 6. Serve the food from Step 5 in a plate and top with the leaf part of the coriander from Step 1 and it's done!
