  • (A)Sake
    2 tsp
  • Cake flour (Pastry flour)
    2 tbsp
  • Sauce
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce
    2 tsp
  • Sugar
    1 tsp
  • Soy sauce
    1 tsp
  • Salad oil
    2 tsp
  • Garnish
  • Mesclun greens
    10 g
  • Cherry tomato
    2
  • Toppings
  • Parsley
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Poke the chicken breast with a fork and make holes in several places, then shave cut it into 0.4-inch width pieces.
  2. 2. Add Step 1 and ingredient (A) into a bowl and rub well, then add cake flour (pastry flour) and coat.
  3. 3. Add the sauce ingredients into another bowl and mix them together.
  4. 4. Add cooking oil to the heated pan over medium heat and cook Step 2.
  5. 5. Once browned, turn it over and steam cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
  6. 6. When chicken breast is cooked through, add Step 3 and stir-fry over medium heat, then remove from the heat.
  7. 7. Serve on a plate, serve with garnishes, sprinkle with parsley, and it's ready.

Tips for cooking
