  • Ground pork
    70 g
  • Kimchi
    50 g
  • Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    2 tsp
  • Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1/2 tsp
  • Water
    30 ml
  • Sesame oil
    2 tsp
  • Finishing
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed
  • Roasted white sesame seeds
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry ground pork.
  2. 2. When the color of the ground pork changes, add kimchi, chicken soup stock powder, and mentsuyu (noodle soup base), and stir-fry together over medium heat.
  3. 3. Once the ground pork is cooked through and the flavors are absorbed, add Chinese noodles and water to loosen the noodles, heat over medium heat for about 3 minutes, and remove from the heat.
  4. 4. Serve in a dish, sprinkle with konegi (young green onion) and white sesame seeds, and it's ready.

Tips for cooking

Make sure to cook the ground meat thoroughly. It can be eat without mentsuyu (noodle soup base). You can also use Japanese style granulated soup stock instead of chicken soup stock powder.
