  • Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)
    1 head(s)
  • Semi-dried young sardines (chirimenjako)
    15 g
  • Korean seaweed
    3 sheets
  • Sake
    1 tbsp
  • Dashida soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper mix
    a pinch
  • Sesame oil
    1 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Add sesame oil to pan heated over medium heat, and loosen the yakisoba noodles.
  2. 2. Add Japanese rice wine (sake) and dashida soup stock and cook until the noodles have loosened.
  3. 3. Add the semi-dried young sardines (chirimenjako) and shredded Korean nori seaweed, stir-fry quickly, adjust the taste with salt and pepper mix and it is ready!.

Tips for cooking

You can adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Dashida soup stock is a beef stock powder used in Korean cuisine. You can substitute it with the same amount of Chinese soup stock.
