  • (A)Japanese BBQ sauce (Yakiniku sauce)

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel the carrot.
  2. 1. Roughly chop the onion and carrot.
  3. 2. Mix the ground pork, Step 1, water, and ingredient (A) in a large heatproof bowl, and cover with plastic wrap.
  4. 3. Microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W, then take out and mix together.
  5. 4. Cover again with plastic wrap and microwave for 4 minutes at 600 W. When the ground pork is cooked through and the carrots are tender, take out and mix together.
