1 onigiri

  • Rice
    250 g
  • Corn
    1 can
  • Bacon block
    80 g
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1 tsp
  • (A)Grated garlic
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Black pepper
    2 three finger pinches
  • Salted butter
    10 g
  • トッピング
  • Parsley
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Cut bacon block into 0.2-inch width.
  2. 2. Add salted butter into a pan heated to medium heat, add Step 1, and stir-fry.
  3. 3. Once the bacon block has lightly browned, add corn and stir-fry over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add (A) and stir-fry over medium heat, once the taste has blended overall, remove from the heat.
  5. 5. Add rice and Step 4 into a bowl, and lightly mix to blend the taste overall. Divide into 3 equal pieces, wrap each, and use hands to press and form a triangle shape.
  6. 6. Remove the plastic wrap and place it on a plate. Garnish with parsley and it's ready to serve.
