  • (A)Cooking sake
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Sugar
    2 tsp
  • bonito flakes
    2 g
  • Roasted white sesame seeds
    1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the roots of the Japanese mustard spinach and chop it into small pieces.
  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil, and stir-fry Step 1.
  3. 3. When the Japanese mustard spinach is cooked well and tender, add the boiled whitebait, and stir-fry over medium heat.
  4. 4. When everything is mixed, add ingredient (A) and stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
  5. 5. Add the bonito flakes and white roasted sesame seeds, mix, and remove from the heat. Then serve it on a plate and it is ready.
