How to make

  1. 1. Chop the onion finely.
  2. 2. Cut off the stem of the eggplant, cut it into 0.4-inch cubes, put it in a bowl filled with water and soak it for about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add the ground beef and pork mix, Step 1, and drained Step 2, then stir-fry.
