    200 g
  • Salt
    1/3 tsp
  • Imitation crab
    50 g
  • (A)Japanese Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Ponzu sauce
    1 tsp
  • (A)Sugar
    1/2 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Roughly chop Chinese cabbage (hakusai) for 0.8-inch wide.
  2. 2. Add Step 1 and salt in a bowl and lightly mix, then let it sit for about 10 minutes and squeeze out the moisture.
  3. 3. Break imitation crabs.
  4. 4. Mix ingredient (A) in a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Add the drained Step 2 and Step 3, toss, serve in a bowl, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of mayonnaise and ponzu sauce as you like. In Step 5, squeeze out the moisture from hakusai, so that it doesn't make the dish bland.
