  • Sesame oil
    1 tsp
  • Egg yolk

How to make

  1. 1. Cut the Chinese chives into 1-inch pieces.
  2. 2. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat and fry the ground chicken.
  3. 3. When the ground chicken is cooked through, add Step 1 and kimchi and fry over low heat.
  4. 4. When the Chinese chives have softened, add ingredient (A) and fry until the flavors are blended together.
  5. 5. Place the rice in a bowl, plate Step 4, top with the egg yolk and it is ready.
