  • Ground pork

  • Onion

  • (A)Ketchup
    3 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Grated garlic
    1 tsp
  • (A)Grated ginger
    1 tsp
  • (A)Curry mix (Curry roux)
    50 g
  • (A)Salt
    a pinch
  • (A)Water
    200 ml
  • Rice
    400 g
  • Soft-boiled egg (onsen tamago)

  • Parsley
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Chop onion.
  2. 2. Add ground pork and Step 1 to a larger heat-resistant bowl, add in ingredient (A), wrap it, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W.
  3. 3. Stir once, wrap it again, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W until ground pork is cooked through.
  4. 4. Place the rice on a plate, sprinkle with Step 3, top with soft-boiled egg (onsen tamago) to finish, sprinkle dried parsley, and it's ready to serve.
