  4. 4. Remove the strands from the snow peas (kinusaya) and cut them diagonally into thin strips.

Tips for cooking

・You can remove the fishy smell by rubbing konjac with salt and leaving it for a while. If you are still concerned about the smell of konjac, boil it in boiling water to reduce the smell even more. ・By draining off the water from the tofu, the taste will absorb more easily into the tofu. ・If you leave it for a while, the moisture of the tofu will come out, so please eat it as soon as possible. ・We recommend firm tofu for this recipe. ・If you don't have light soy sauce, reduce the amount of soy sauce to 1.5 tablespoons and adjust the taste with salt at the end. ・If you only have light soy sauce, reduce the amount of light soy sauce to 1.5 tablespoons and adjust the smaller amount of salt at the end. ・As a remake side dish, you can also make "Egg Drop With Tofu and Konjac" if you mix it with an egg.
