① Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and sweet potatoes into 1.5 cm widths.
② Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a warm pan, put sweet potatoes → chicken breast in this order, add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of sake, 50 ml of water and cover.
