生地の厚さによって食感が全く変わるのですが、個人的には3-5mmくらいの厚さがベストかと思います☺️

【For about 20 sheets】
Raw okara ... 60g
Oats flour ... 40g
Sweetener - 15g
A pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
① Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to form a lump. (You don't need to add water.)
②Roll out the dough thinly, cut it out with a knife or mold, and place it on a cookie sheet.
③Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
It's a hard cookie with a crunchy texture 🍪
The texture changes completely depending on the thickness of the dough, but I personally think 3-5mm thickness is best ☺️. You can also add cocoa powder or soybean flour.
