今年も美味しそうなさつまいもが
出回り始めて、お芋の欲求が
高まってきました ꪔ̤̮
蒸し焼き中、部屋がいい匂いに♩
食べるのを我慢して、
一晩冷蔵庫でおくと驚くほど
しっとり甘いお芋さんに ♡
ただ焼いただけなのに、
スイートポテトのような芋羊羹のような
立派なデザートになります♩
お子さまのおやつや、
お弁当の隙間埋めにも◎
るるみ

⋆⸜ Roasted sweet potato chilled with staub ⸝⋆
* Two small sweet potatoes
* Water 50 ml
① Put 50ml of water in a pan and put the washed sweet potatoes in the oven sheet.
② Cover and heat over medium heat. When steam comes out from the edge of the lid, reduce the heat to extremely low and heat for 30 minutes.
③ Turn off the heat and leave it with the lid on until it cools down.
I left it for about 1 hour and 30 minutes
④ Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for a day to complete!
