材料
mentaiko
nori (optional)
spaghetti
mentsuyu
milk
Consome
手順
- Separate mentaiko from skin
- Put water in pan (boil water before to speed up process)
- Put pasta in a pan (split if too big)
- Put consome (half a cube)
- Boil pasta until water evaporates (can put lid on pan)
- Add mentsuyu and milk
- Stir until consistency is thick
- Stop heat and add the mentaiko (stir very fast and mix)
- Add Nori on top
