お鍋が美味しい季節になってきました🥰
お鍋は簡単だし、一度にいろんな
食材が食べれて楽しいですよね✨
今回は材料4つなのですが🤣
コロコロ鶏つくねと、
味の染みたおあげさん、
水菜のシャキシャキが美味しかったです🧡
お好きな具材を追加したり
好みのつゆで食べてくださいね😋

Chicken meatball Harihari-nabe
Chicken meatball
* Minced chicken 200g
* 1/2 chopped onion
* 1 teaspoon of potato starch
* 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
* Grated ginger 1/2 teaspoon
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
* 1 bag of Mizuna
* 2 pieces of fried tofu
Soup
* Dashi soup 600ml
* 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons of mirin
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
① Make soup with the ingredients of soup
② Mix the ingredients of chicken meatballs, drop the soup in a pot with a spoon, cover it, and simmer for about 3 minutes.
③ Add the aburaage and simmer for about 2 minutes, then turn off the heat and add the mizuna!
Sprinkle with sesame oil if you like ◎
