カヌレ型でチョコムースのスイーツ

【 ホワイトブロッサム / CHAMI 】 　 ＊The English translation is provided after the Japanese caption. 　 　 「カヌレ型には、こんな使い方も」というスイーツ。 　 白いカヌレの正体は “ ホワイトチョコムース “ 切ってみると 赤いソースが たらり。 　 ベリー系のソースかなと思って 調べてみると “ フランボワーズバルサミコジュレ “ たぶん 撮影に時間かけすぎて ジュレが やわらかくなってしまったのかも。 　 ムースの まったりとした甘味と ベリーの酸味が よく合っていて 下に さっくりタルト生地 　 もうひとつも カヌレではなく パウンドケーキ系の生地に エスプレッソの香り付け 食べ心地は とても軽くて 美味しく いただきました ご馳走さまでした (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) ♡ 　 店内は白を基調としていて あちこちに 遊びが散りばめられた センスのある韓国っぽいカフェです 　 　 　 【 White Blossom / CHAMI 】 　 The white cannelé is actually a "white chocolate mousse". When I cut it open, the red sauce came pouring out. I thought it was a berry sauce, but when I looked it up, it turned out to be "raspberry balsamic gelée. Maybe I spent too much time taking pictures and the jellies got soft. 　 The mild sweetness of the mousse and the sourness of the berries go well together. The crispy texture underneath is the tart dough. 　 The other one is not a canelé as well, but a pound-cake-type dough with an espresso flavor.It was very light and tasty. The interior of the store is colored in white with a playful touch here and there, giving it the sense of a Korean cafe.
