─── 【English】 ■Ingredients (2 serves) ・1 skinless chicken breast ・300 g daikon radish ・20 g ginger ・1 tbsp potato starch ・1 tbsp vegetable oil (A)150 ml water (A)3 tbsp Japanese noodle soup base (3 strength) ・Some chopped green onions for garnish ■Instruction 1.Cut the daikon radish into 5cm-wide pieces, peel it thickly, and then slice it into 1cm-wide quarter-rounds. Place the daikon in a heat-resistant container, add enough water to cover it, and mix in cornstarch (additional: 1 teaspoon). Cover it loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 6 minutes. Once done, remove it, rinse off the sliminess, and drain excess water. 2.Rub the surface of the ginger with aluminum foil, then finely slice it with the skin on. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and coat them with cornstarch. 3.Heat salad oil in a frying pan and grill the chicken breast over medium heat until the color changes. 4.Add (A) from step 3, the prepared daikon from step 1, and ginger. Mix and bring to a boil.
