─── - English - 【Tofu and Sweet Potato Mitarashi Dango】 ■Ingredients (12 Dango Balls) ・1 (approx. 200g) Sweet potato ・100g Silken Tofu ・2 tbsp Potato starch (or Cornstarch) ・1 tbsp Vegetable oil (Salad oil) ・Suitable amount Black sesame seeds ★ Mitarashi Sauce ・100ml Water ・1 tbsp Soy sauce ・1 tbsp Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) ・1 tbsp Honey ・1 tsp Potato starch (or Cornstarch) ■Cooking Time 30 minutes ■Nutritional Information (per serving) ・Energy: 48 kcal ・Protein: 0.5 g ・Fat: 0.4 g ・Carbohydrates: 10.4 g Sugars: 10.0 g Dietary Fiber: 0.4 g ■Instruction 1.Cut off both ends of the sweet potato, peel it, and slice it into 1cm thick rounds. Place them in a heatproof bowl, cover them with a wet paper towel, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5–6 minutes until soft. Drain the liquid. 2.Mix all ingredients for (★) in a bowl. 3.While the sweet potato (from step 1) is hot, add the silken tofu and mash until smooth using a potato masher. Add the potato starch and mix until smooth. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into rounds. 4.Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over low to medium heat. Arrange the dango (from step 3) in the pan, cover with a lid, and cook for about 3 minutes until browned. Flip them over, cover again, and cook the reverse side for about 3 minutes. Remove them to a plate. 5.Wipe the oil from the frying pan with a paper towel. Add the mixture (2) and heat over medium heat, stirring until the sauce thickens. 6.Drizzle the sauce (from step 5) over the dango (from step 4), sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and serve! ─── 【BGM】 すもち 様 作曲:おうちタイム
