■Ingredients (2 serves)
・4 chikuwa (Japanese fish sausage)
・1 (120 g) bokchoy
・1 (130 g) shimeji mushrooms
・1 tbsp cooking sake
・shredded chili pepper to taste
★Seasonings
・1 tbsp sesame oil
・1 tsp ponzu
・1 tsp ground white sesame seeds
■Cooking Time
9 minutes
■Instruction
1.Cut the bok choy into 3cm widths.
Separate the shimeji mushrooms from the base.
Place the shimeji mushrooms followed by the bok choy in a heat-proof bowl, sprinkle cooking sake, cover with plastic wrap, and heat at microwave for about 3 minutes.
2.Cut the chikuwa into diagonal slices, approximately 1cm thick.
In a bowl, mix with (1) and ★.
3.Serve in a bowl and garnish with shredded chili pepper according to your preference. Enjoy!
