本日は豆苗ともやし、安安コンビの
おかずで、お財布にも優しいレシピ ꪔ̤̮
豚バラで巻く際、もやしは
並べなくても多少むりくりでok!!
巻ければ大丈夫です ♡
ポン酢でサッパリ美味しく
いただきました♩

Pea sprouts and bean sprouts wrapped in pork
* Pork belly 200g
* 1 pack of bean seedlings
* 1 bag of bean sprouts
* 2 tablespoons of sake
Sauce
* 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
* 2 tablespoons of ponzu
* 1 tablespoon of ground sesame seeds
* Garlic tube 1/4 teaspoon
① Wrap the bean sprouts and bean sprouts with pork ribs
② Place 1 tablespoon of oil in a warm pan, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sake on it, cover it, and steam it over low heat for 8 minutes.
③ Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, and if it's good, it's done!
If the taste is light, sprinkle with salt or mayonnaise ★
