・1 (160 g) canned mackerel in brine
・1/2 (50 g) fungiside free lemon
・2 (70 g) lettuce leaves
・Coarse ground black pepper to taste
★Seasoning
・500 ml water
・1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
・1/2 tsp grated ginger

■Instruction
1.Thinly slice 2 pieces of lemon and squeeze the juice from the remaining half.
Tear the lettuce leaves by hand.
2.Add ★ and the canned mackerel with its liquid in a pot.
Bring it to a boil, then cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
3.Add (1) to the pot and mix.
Continue simmering until the lettuce becomes tender.
Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with coarse ground black pepper, enjoy!
