■Ingredients (2 serves)
・150 g tendonless chicken breast strips
・1 (45 g) natto
・2 (70 g) lettuce leaves
・1/2 tbsp sesame oil
・some roasted white sesame seeds
★Seasonings
・400 ml water
・2 tbsp Japanese noodle soup base (triple strength)
・1 tsp grated ginger
■Cooking Time
14 minutes
■Instruction
1.Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces with hands.
Stir in the natto until sticky.
2.Cut the chicken breast strips diagonally into 3cm pieces.
3.Heat the sesame oil in a pot, stir-fry (2) over meduim heat until brown.
Add ★ and bring to a boil, add the lettuce leaves and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
4.Add the natto to (3), mix and bring to a boil.
Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with the roasted white sesame seeds.
