前作ったチョコマフィン、とってもお気に入りなので
今回はびわを入れて作ってみました。
びわ、ちょっと少なかったけどチョコ味と合うよ🍫
ちなみに、6個のマフィンに3個のびわを使いました。
(旦那は多分嫌いなので、残り6個はびわ無しマフィン。)

I was given some loquats by my friend.
Now is the best season for loquats.
Some loquats were in the muffins,
I made compote with some loquats.
Fruits are good for healthy and yummy♡
✩✧✩✧✩Ingredients(12pieces)✩✧✩✧✩
A Foour 150g
A Whole grain flour 20g
A Baking powder 10g
A Beet sugar 55g
A Almond powder 20g
A Cacao powder25g
B Soy milk 300cc
B Oil 70g(rice oil)
C Oat meal 80g
C Walnuts 30g

【preparation】
・Clash the walnuts
・Peel the skin off loquats
【1】Mix A into the bowl with a whipper
【2】Add B and then mix with a whipper
【3】Add B and then mix with a Rubber spatula
【4】Move to the containers.
Then decorate loquats.
【5】Preheat the oven to 170℃ and bake it 25 minutes

You put them into the Ziploc bag and freeze them.
When you eat them, you microwave them
for 50-80sec and then toast for 1-2min.
(I recommend to use maximum because they will be crunchy.)
