■Ingredients (1 serves)
・50 g spaghetti
・500 ml water
・1 tsp salt
・1/2 (25 g) mentaiko
・1 oil-free canned tuna
・100 g canola flower
・1/2 (80 g) yellow bell pepper
★Seasonings
・1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
・1 tsp soy sauce
・salt and pepper to taste

10 minutes
■Instruction
1.Boil water and salt in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to the time indicated on package.
2.While the spaghetti is cooking, cut the canola flower into 3cm pieces. Cut the yellow bell pepper into thin slices. Remove the thin skin from the mentaiko and reserve 1/3 for garnish.
3.30 seconds before the spaghetti is cooked, add the canola flower and the yellow bell pepper. Cook briefly and drain with the spaghetti.
4.Mix (3) and mentaiko, the oil-free canned tuna, ★ in a bowl.
5.Serve in a plate and top with mentaiko for garnish.
