本日は体調がすぐれなかったので
何も考えず、すぐできる塩鍋にしました👍
こんな日は鶏がらスープの素に
頼らせてもらって😌
切って入れるだけで
具材から旨味が出て優しい
スープが染み渡りました✨
翌日は残したスープで
卵うどんにアレンジ😌
忘年会シーズンで疲れた体と
胃を労わるお鍋としても

Salt Nabe
material
* Pork belly 200g
* One piece
* 1 tofu
* 1 bag of Mizuna
* 1/2 green onion
soup
* Water 500 ml
* 1 tablespoon of chicken soup
* 1 tablespoon of sake
* Salt 1 / 4-1 / 2 teaspoon
Finish
* 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
① Put the ingredients of the soup in a pot and bring to a boil.
② Cut the ingredients into pieces that are easy to eat and put them in.
③ Cover and heat over low heat. When steam comes out from the edge of the lid, reduce the heat to extremely low and simmer for 5 minutes.
④ If you have sesame oil to finish, sprinkle a small green onion and it's done!
