CHYA-SIU is Pork stewed in soy sauce and seasoning
❁stir-fried burdock and carrot
❁burdock salad
❁Japanese mustard spinach and carrot dressed with tofu
❁Nikujiru-UDON chilled udon noodle dipping meat broth
I made SHYA-SIU and stock broth used dipping sauce of Udon.

☆sweet vinegar and miso
☆vinegar salt with YUZU-KOSHYOU
YUZU-KOSHYOU is Japanese seasoning, condiment paste made from yuzu( Japanese citron) zest and chill peppers
☆boil down stock broth then thicken the broth with potato starch
