UNAGI-DON a bowl of rice topped with boiled eel.
TEN-DON a bowl of rice topped with TENPURA.
KATU-DON a bowl of rice topped with pork cutlet.
Child rice bowl( vinegared boiled rice).
TEKKA-DON a bowl of rice with slices of raw tuna on top
KAISEN-DON a bowl of rice with many kind of raw seafood

フライパンで焼き目つけて
圧力鍋で調味料れて２０分加圧
するだけ～🎶
★玉ねぎみじん切り１個分
★醤油 大さじ６
★蜂蜜 大２
★酒 大３
★オイスターソース 大１
★水２カップ
玉ねぎとろとろになるのでお肉を移して
煮汁だけ玉ねぎごとこして、
お好きな濃さに煮詰めても👌🏻😊🎶 副菜は
✰オクラとしめじのみぞれ和え
✰パプリカと新玉ねぎのマリネ
✰ひじきとツナのサラダ
