■Ingredients (1 serving)
・2 chikuwa
・1/2 (50 g) cucumber
・40 g oatmeal (rolled oats)
・60 ml water
・some roasted white sesame seeds
・some chopped green onions
・some toasted shredded seaweed laver
☆Soup
・150 ml water
・1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
★Seasonings
・1/2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
・1 tsp soysauce
・1 tsp sesame oil
■Cooking Time
13 minutes
■Instruction
1.Mix ☆ in a bowl and microwave at 600W for about 1 minute.
2.Mix the oatmeal and water in another bowl, microwave at 600W for about 1.5 minutes.
3.Cut off the stem of the cucumber, cut in a cross shape lengthwise and cut into 1cm pieces.
Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise, cut into 1cm-width pieces.
Mix ★ in a bowl, and combine with the cucumber and chikuwa.
4.Serve (2) and (3) in a bowl, pour (1) over them, and garnish with the sesame seeds, the chopped green onions, and the chopped toasted seaweed laver.
