■Ingredients (2 serves)
・1/2 (120 g) skinless chicken breast
・1 egg
・80 g Japanese mustard spinach
・1/2 sesame oil
・1 serving of cooked oatmeal (or rice)
★Seasonings
・1 tbsp cooking sake
・1/2 tbsp soy sauce
・5g salt kelp
■Cooking Time
15 minutes
■Instruction
1.Cut the Japanese mustard spinach stems into 1cm pieces and leaves into 3cm pieces.
Coarsely mince the chicken breast.
2.Heat the sesame oil in a pan, crack an egg and cook.
Remove when the edges of the whites are brown.
3.Stir-fry the chicken breast over medium heat.
When the color chenges, add the Japanese mustard spinach and stir-fry until wilted.
4.Add ★ to (3) and stir-fry quickly.
Serve on a plate with oatmeal (or rice), place (2) on top.
