■Ingredients (2 serves)
・2 (140 g) oil-free canned tuna
・1 (380 g) tomato
・4 (50 g) shiitake mushrooms
・10 perillas
・1/2 tbsp sesame oil
・1 tsp doubanjiang
・salt and pepper to taste
★Seasonings
・1 tbsp cooking sake
・1 tbsp ponzu
・1 tsp chicken broth powder
☆Starch and water
・1 tsp water
・1 tsp potato starch
■Cooking Time
16 minutes
■Instruction
1.Remove the stem from the tomatoe and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly.
2.Cut off the stems of the perillas, roughly chop half of them and cut the other half into thin strips for garnishing.
3.Heat the sesame oil and doubanjiang (Chinese spicy bean sauce) in a frying pan over low heat.
When aromatic, add the canned tuna and stir-fry over medium heat until the moisture evaporates.
Add (1) and stir-frying until they become tender.
4.Add the perillas and ★ to (3), stir-fry quickly.
Then add ☆ and cook until thickens, season with salt and pepper.
Serve on a bowl, sprinkle with the perillas.
