材料
- eggs (need to be cold)
- ice
- mentsuyu
- mirin
- Sesame oil
- dashi
手順

Add water in pot pan and wait for it to boil

Prepare a bowl of ice

Make sure to use a spoon or something so that you can add the egg gently or it will bust if you put the egg cold in something hot

Boil egg for 6 minutes

Make sure to stir egg the first couple min or the yolk will become unbalanced

Add water to the ice

Take the pan near the ice and put the eggs in the ice and water (until fully cools down for 5 or so minutes)

Use ziplock and put the ziplock in a bowl so it doesn't fall over

Add mentsuyu, sesame oil, dashi, mirin in the ziplock bag

Peel eggs gently and add to ziplock, get rid of air and seal. Put in fridge
